Role Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead and support our food and beverage operations. This role is pivotal in upholding our high service standards, enhancing guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the hotel’s food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to oversee all food and beverage activities.
• Ensure the delivery of superior guest service by maintaining excellent standards.
• Participate in operational planning, coordinating teams, and striving for departmental excellence.
• Work to boost sales, improve profitability, and support innovative food and beverage initiatives.
• Lead team training, development, and performance management efforts.
• Assist with preparing work schedules and rosters.
• Perform Duty Manager duties during scheduled shifts.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in motivating and managing teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across various hotel departments.
• Knowledge of training and development, with qualifications such as Train the Trainer, Level 7 Hotel Management, or HACCP viewed favorably.
• Proactive attitude towards service delivery, problem solving, and continuous enhancement of processes.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems like Alkimii and Guestline is an advantage.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, customer care, and ongoing improvement.
