  • At least 10 years of experience in fleet, workshop, maintenance, or transport operations.
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong capability in leading teams and managing people effectively.
  • Practical background in fleet, workshop, maintenance, or transport operations.
  • Good understanding of HSE rules, fleet compliance, and operational safety.
