Role Summary
The Financial Analyst at Entegral is tasked with creating and maintaining financial reporting, key metrics, and processes tailored for software as a service (SaaS) organizations. This position involves partnering closely with product teams, analyzing financial data, and building financial dashboards and tools. The Analyst influences pricing strategies and revenue-driving initiatives within the company.

Work Arrangement and Locations
We operate primarily via telework with options for work-from-home or hybrid schedules. Applicants residing in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin are eligible due to our licensing.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role ranges from $75,200 to $90,500 annually, dependent on qualifications, location, and business needs. Compensation may include bonuses. Hiring Process

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee financial dashboards utilizing Looker Studio and Big Query
- Establish methods for calculating and reporting financial metrics across departments, evolving data sourcing strategies as needed
- Create and update financial models to forecast performance, assess scenarios, and pinpoint risks and opportunities
- Produce detailed analytical reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Coordinate closely with Parent Accounting to align accounting functions with SaaS financial requirements
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to craft pricing strategies
- Analyze forecast variances quarterly and explain findings
- Guide leadership and accounting in preparing annual forecasts
- Review invoicing processes to ensure correct cost coding, allocation, and timely payments
- Create financial tools and calculators as needed
- Collaborate with UK accounting to enhance financial processes
- Lead monthly financial meetings with comprehensive analysis and insights
- Identify cost saving opportunities and recommend actions
- Perform cost analyses to aid senior management decisions
- Refine internal accounting processes to align with organizational goals
- Review contracts and vendor agreements from a financial viewpoint to ensure optimized decisions and billing
- Prepare financial presentations for Executive Leadership and broader company audiences
- Detect accounting inconsistencies, investigate, and suggest policy or procedural improvements
- Serve as liaison for external auditors and support audit processes
- Manage various company-wide projects as required
Required Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements
- Residency in one of the approved states listed above
- Availability for limited travel (2–4 times annually) to company locations including Madison, WI and St. Louis, MO
- Minimum age of 18 years
- For remote roles: stable high-speed internet, dedicated workspace, functional webcam, and active participation in video meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, including interpreting financial data, creating metric dashboards, conducting variance analyses, and budgeting
- Proficiency in intermediate Excel, Big Query, and SQL
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Accounting or finance experience within a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with Google Suite tools such as Looker Studio and Google Sheets
- Data analytics expertise
- Experience with artificial intelligence technologies
