Role Overview

This exciting Finance Manager position invites you to be a vital part of P&G’s multifunctional teams. Finance professionals here influence business development and key decisions by taking ownership of strategic initiatives from the outset. You will engage in external customer negotiations, collaborate in designing sales and marketing strategies, and work towards improving production and logistics efficiency.

Common entry-level roles within the Finance department include Financial Analyst in brand or product categories (locally or regionally, including fast-growing Healthcare sectors), Customer Business Development Financial Analyst, Plant Financial Manager focusing on manufacturing cost optimization, Financial Accountant, and Internal Audit Analyst.

Candidate Profile

• You are completing or have finished a bachelor's or master's degree with excellent academic results.
• You are open to working at any of P&G’s DACH sites, including Schwalbach, Crailsheim, Kronberg, Worms, Euskirchen, Groß Gerau, Walldürn, Berlin, Marktheidenfeld, and Spittal a.d. Drau; flexibility in location within these regions is mandatory.
• You possess strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities combined with leadership potential and enthusiasm for Finance.
• You thrive when collaborating with diverse teams, encouraging creativity, innovation, and taking initiative.
• You can make informed complex decisions through data analysis and confident intuition.
• Proficiency in German and English at a minimum C1 level for both writing and speaking is required.
• Experience such as internships or studies abroad will be considered advantageous.
