Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and support a team of insurance advisors. The primary aim is to drive the team towards achieving sales goals while maintaining seamless daily operations.
Key Duties
- Provide guidance and assistance to team members in selling life insurance policies effectively.
- Facilitate onboarding and training of new advisors to enhance overall team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the team’s performance, preparing reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and policies across all processes.
- Develop strong client relationships and address customer concerns promptly.
