Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily activities in the field. The candidate will be responsible for managing field staff, maintaining quality and safety standards, and providing timely updates to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to assigned sites to monitor field operations.
- Distribute leads and allocate daily tasks among the field team members.
- Participate in routine client and internal meetings to discuss progress and address concerns.
- Verify that all fieldwork adheres to established quality and safety guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management.
