Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Field Sales Officers based in Chennai to actively promote and source various financial products. The role involves meeting potential clients, extensively traveling across Chennai, creating quality business leads, and consistently achieving set monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new customers interested in financial products.
• Conduct field visits to generate high-quality business leads.
• Explain loan offerings clearly and guide customers throughout the application process.
• Establish and nurture lasting relationships with customers and referral sources.
• Consistently meet daily activity goals, including customer interactions and monthly sales achievements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer contacts and sales activities.
• Provide daily activity reports to the supervisor.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Experience of 0 to 4 years in Sales, BFSI, Financial Services, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, or Direct Sales sectors.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum education qualification: Graduate degree or Diploma.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel within Chennai.
