About the Role
We seek a proactive and motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and represent GST Billing and HR Attendance & Payroll software products such as Vyapar, Tally, Biz Analyst, and PagarBook. The role involves engaging directly with potential clients including organizations, supermarkets, businesses, shops, hospitals, and manufacturers to generate inquiries and conduct product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities through market research and generate inquiries for GST Billing and HR Payroll Attendance software based on client requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers via direct contact and meetings.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations effectively, ensuring to follow up regularly with prospects.
- Document all visits, inquiries, and quotations thoroughly.
Qualifications and Experience
Open to freshers or candidates with experience. Candidates should possess effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. A self-driven, result-oriented attitude and willingness to conduct field visits are essential.
Minimum education required: B.Com graduate.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 16,000 to 20,000 plus commissions based on successful deal closures. Additional benefits such as insurance may be provided.
