About the Role
Join Bharti Airtel as a Field Sales Executive for Airtel Xstream Fiber. This role involves reaching out to potential customers across residential complexes, commercial shops, and office spaces to promote and sell Airtel's broadband offerings.
Responsibilities
- Visit residential societies, apartments, shops, and offices to generate quality leads.
- Execute door-to-door marketing campaigns to showcase Airtel Xstream Fiber plans.
- Clearly communicate details of broadband and Wi-Fi packages, pricing structures, current promotions, and the advantages of installation.
- Persuade prospective customers to opt for new Airtel Fiber connections.
- Collect and verify KYC documents, ensuring application completion.
- Coordinate with installation teams to facilitate setup.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain records by updating leads on the Airtel sales application.
- Develop strong customer relationships and offer initial support.
