About the Role
Paytm is urgently recruiting for the position of Field Sales Executive to join their core sales team, offering an opportunity to advance your career in the fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local market areas to recruit new merchants onto the Paytm platform.
- Install Paytm QR Codes and Soundboxes at merchant locations.
- Provide guidance and training to merchants on utilizing Paytm's product suite effectively.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with merchants, offering continuous on-ground support.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of an Android smartphone is essential for the role.
- Must have a bike or scooter along with a valid driving license for local travel.
- Strong communication abilities and adeptness at customer interaction.
- Previous experience in field sales is advantageous; however, confident freshers are welcome to apply.
