Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kota, Rajasthan. The role involves expanding our merchant network by onboarding shops and businesses for PhonePe services, promoting the usage of PhonePe QR Codes, Soundbox, and other merchant solutions to grow the business footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel daily to local shops and merchants to acquire new customers and expand business reach.
- Encourage adoption of PhonePe products such as QR codes, smart speakers, and scanners by clearly communicating their features, benefits, and value to merchants.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets through persistent efforts and relationship-building.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with merchants to ensure continuous support and repeat business.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to approach and engage effectively with local business owners and merchants.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical products in a simple, beneficial way.
- Customer relationship management and support skills.
- Self-motivation and persistence to meet sales goals.
Additional Details
This is a full-time, on-site sales position located in Kota, Rajasthan. The salary range for this role is INR 17,000 to 24,000 per month.
