Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive or Area Sales Manager with expertise in channel and direct sales within the solar industry. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions, follow-ups, and consistently meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales efforts by achieving designated sales goals.
- Engage with clients through regular meetings and follow-ups to promote products.
- Stay informed on market demands and competitor pricing to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings.
- Leverage a strong distribution network and channel sales experience to expand market reach.
- Commit to working in the field for approximately 20 days each month.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in channel sales and distribution in the solar sector.
- Familiarity with direct sales processes and client management.
- Ability to monitor and track competitor pricing and market needs.
- Strong networking skills with an established distribution network.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork.

Compensation
