Job Overview
The Field Officer will play a crucial role in on-site management, ensuring adherence to guidelines, conducting inspections, and addressing local challenges effectively. This position requires extensive travel to various locations for supervision and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to multiple locations for inspection, compliance verification, and problem resolution.
- Gather precise data, complete documentation, and prepare detailed daily activity reports.
- Communicate with local stakeholders, clients, and internal teams providing feedback to senior management.
- Assist in training, guiding, and supervising field personnel.
- Manage invoice submissions and follow up on payments promptly.
- Handle customer relationship management duties.
- Carry out night inspections as required.
- Identify new business leads for growth opportunities.
- Coordinate deployment of security guards and housekeeping staff.
- Maintain and utilize a strong network to efficiently recruit security guards and housekeeping personnel in a short timeframe.
