Role Overview
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will spearhead and implement regional marketing programs aimed at generating measurable pipeline growth and business results. Collaborating closely with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, you will strategize, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns, executive programs, customer initiatives, and key events. Managing regional budgets and tracking performance to ensure alignment with business priorities and ROI is a vital responsibility. Your success will be defined by fostering strong regional partnerships, optimizing marketing spend, and translating strategy into scalable business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement regional field marketing strategies aligned with pipeline, revenue, and overall business goals.
- Plan and execute integrated regional marketing programs such as industry conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtable discussions, channel marketing activities, sponsorships, and customer engagement events.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align priorities and maximize regional business impact.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and performance metrics to ensure prudent investments and measurable ROI.
- Oversee operational excellence in planning, logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement for regional marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, pipeline contributions, ROI, and other key metrics to continuously enhance program outcomes.
- Maintain relationships with external partners including vendors, agencies, event organizers, and strategic allies to guarantee successful program execution.
- Stay updated on regional market developments, customer requirements, and competitor activities to refine field marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years' experience in B2B field marketing roles, preferably within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Proven track record in managing regional marketing programs encompassing industry events, executive engagements, customer initiatives, and channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales to ensure marketing efforts align with pipeline growth and business objectives.
- Experience in overseeing marketing budgets, forecasting, and managing vendor relationships effectively.
- Analytical aptitude for measuring campaign performance, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork proficiency across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the designated region.
- Preferred candidates are based in Central or Eastern United States to facilitate collaboration with European teams.
