About the Position

2Coms Consulting Pvt Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join their team in Kolkata. This full-time role focuses on fostering relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to fuel business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with local business owners and enterprises through onsite visits.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships to uncover new business opportunities.
• Promote the company’s services effectively to attract and secure new clients.
• Carry out market research to identify and evaluate potential business leads.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee smooth onboarding processes for clients.
• Meet preset business development goals and revenue objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in field marketing, sales, business development, audit, survey, or client acquisition roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently and willingness to travel within designated areas.
• Educational background of a graduate preferred; however, candidates with 12th grade completion and suitable experience may be considered.
• Must demonstrate proactivity, confidence, and strong focus on targets.
