Field Inspector

Job Objective

The role involves conducting field inspection and monitoring activities for supervised entities to verify their compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and instructions. It includes identifying violations and risks, compiling reports, and making necessary recommendations to support compliance and enhance sector safety.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform field visits and inspections according to approved schedules.
• Review policies, procedures, documents, and records of the entities under supervision.
• Ensure adherence to relevant rules, regulations, and instructions.
• Collect and analyze evidence and information arising from inspections.
• Document observations, prepare inspection reports, and submit recommendations.
• Discuss inspection outcomes with representatives of the inspected entity.
• Follow up on corrective actions and address noted observations.
• Evaluate operational and regulatory risks, reporting deficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and related bodies to support compliance and inspection activities.
• Contribute to the enhancement of field inspection methodologies and procedures.
