Role Overview
This position is a field-based estate role in the telecom domain. The hiring is through Quess Corp Ltd on an off-roll basis. The assigned working geography covers Vizag, Tirupati, and Nellore.
Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on landlord coordination, rental follow-ups, site retention, relocation support, and document tracking for estate-related processes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords in the allocated territory.
- Register landlord complaints, coordinate resolution, and close issues with proper follow-up.
- Escalate unresolved matters to the manager when closure is not achieved.
- Track and support timely rental disbursement for the assigned locations.
- Address payment-related delays and work toward achieving full rental payment completion.
- Manage site retention activities, including cases where landlords request site termination.
- Prepare and coordinate relocation proposals when site retention efforts do not succeed.
- Support dismantling and material removal activities for relocated sites.
- Handle full and final request initiation as directed by the estate manager.
- Maintain landlord records and rental master data with support from the relevant team.
- Process landlord requests such as ownership changes, property changes, and tax-related updates including TDS, GST, property tax, and service tax.
- Follow up for NEFT collection and conversion.
- Ensure complete documentation across agreement renewals, site termination and full-and-final closures, as well as new sharing and upgrade site deliveries.
Employment Details
This is a full-time opportunity with an annual compensation range of INR 3,25,000 to INR 4,25,000.
