About the Company
The organization is a meter management firm responsible for overseeing panel operations related to India's TV audience measurement. It installs and maintains meters at selected households forming the 'TV panel' as per the sample design and guidelines provided by BARC India, the official TV viewership measurement agency.
Role Objectives
The incumbent will manage their assigned territory or district by executing daily field activities assigned by the client. The role involves extensive travel, covering approximately 100 to 120 kilometers one way each day.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily travel for field tasks.
- Conduct maintenance on devices installed at designated households.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the role.
- Carry out listing and other field-related activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduation or undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
- Stable work history in any industry preferred.
- Only male candidates are eligible.
- Proficiency in the local language is required.
- Must possess own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Compensation and Schedule
- Salary ranges from ₹260,000 to ₹420,000 per annum.
- Monthly remuneration is between ₹15,000 and ₹30,000.
- General shift timing.
- Weekly off on Sunday.
Additional Requirements and Conditions
- Candidates must own a bike for travel.
- Willingness to perform extensive fieldwork is mandatory.
- Residency should be within 10 to 20 km of the job location's postal code.
- Candidates should not have prior work experience with cable operators, politicians, internet service providers, or any media-related entities.
- Blood relatives must not be employed by cable operators, politicians, media companies, or ISPs.
- Priority will be given to graduates; undergraduates with substantial field experience will be considered next.
- The role involves a combination of bike travel and door-to-door surveys requiring walking.
