Feed Additive Investigator

Role Overview

REVEURSE TANZANIA COMPANY LIMITED is hiring a Feed Additive Investigator in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is an on-site contract role focused on market research, relationship management, and business development within the feed additives and animal nutrition space.

What You Will Do

• Build and sustain productive relationships with feed producers, feed additive makers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Carry out market studies and field investigations to spot market movements, client demands, competitor actions, and emerging commercial opportunities.
• Collect, interpret, and summarize intelligence on feed additives and animal nutrition markets.
• Regularly meet customers and business partners to deepen cooperation and uncover new business leads.
• Act as the company’s representative at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and business discussions.
• Draft reports, presentations, and practical recommendations from market insights and identified opportunities.
• Work with internal departments to support growth plans and business expansion efforts.
• Independently identify, assess, and follow through on opportunities in the feed additives sector.
• Travel often for customer visits, market research, and business development work.
• Help drive the company’s business goals and long-term growth plans in a proactive way.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a closely related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in feed additives, animal nutrition, feed production, or a related agricultural field.
• Prior exposure to feed additive businesses is strongly desirable.
• Working understanding of feed additives and how they are used in animal nutrition.
• Strong networking and partnership-building ability with feed companies and feed additive suppliers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion, and people skills.
• Good research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable using computers and standard office tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Able to work on your own, juggle several priorities, and stay effective under pressure.
• Open to frequent travel for business development and market investigation tasks.
• Self-driven, focused on results, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious, positive, and eager to contribute to business success and company growth.
