Job Requirements and Physical Demands

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess an Associate or Bachelor’s degree or have management experience within the service sector.
• Capable of thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced operational setting.
• Willingness to work five days weekly across opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Must be able to stand for long durations, up to eight hours per day.
• Ability to move quickly and demonstrate urgency in task execution.
• Physical abilities include reaching, twisting, kneeling, squatting, running, jumping, and handling materials.
• Competence in pushing or pulling drums and equipment using suitable tools.
• Comfortable working in proximity to operational machinery and moving parts.
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolding, and platforms safely.
• Capable of lifting or moving objects weighing at least 25 pounds.
• Proficient in using electronic devices as part of daily duties.
• Prepared to work under varied weather conditions and environmental extremes.
