Job Overview
The Factory Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving production output in alignment with the planned schedule. The role mandates adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, yield targets, and efficient resource utilization. Precision in maintaining digital records and timely documentation is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure production output complies with the approved production plans.
- Uphold safety rules and maintain product quality according to established specifications.
- Monitor and optimize yields and material usage to meet target levels.
- Manage and execute all necessary entries within the ERP system.
- Supervise that finished goods align with defined quality control procedures.
- Assess each manufacturing station to guarantee optimal operational efficiency.
- Generate and update production reports, keeping track of capacity and workflow status.
