Overview
We seek flexible and highly organized coordinators to oversee our factory rollouts on-site. Ideal candidates excel at interpersonal communication, thrive in industrial environments, and have a practical aptitude for basic hardware tasks. Comprehensive training will be provided to cover all necessary procedures beyond these core strengths.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of deployment visits, including scheduling, floor arrangement, and daily operational activities.
- Collaborate closely with factory personnel and site managers to observe workflows, map out workstation layouts, and document essential site information.
- Utilize our software platform to input operational notes and establish baseline configuration data.
- Handle deployment equipment on location by performing staging, tracking inventory, and managing devices used daily.
- Work in partnership with plant supervisors to review workflow data, implement real-time changes, and facilitate smooth transitions of operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling quick relationship-building with factory floor operators, staff, and management.
- Proficiency with common technology such as mobile applications and basic hardware components, capable of following digital workflows.
- Practical hands-on capability to manage equipment staging, conduct inventory audits, and oversee physical assets.
- Strong organizational abilities, high attention to detail, and a self-starting approach to problem-solving during site activities.
- Experience in factory, warehouse, or industrial settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
