Role Overview
The Scaffolding Trainer is tasked with planning and delivering comprehensive, practical training sessions focused on scaffolding that comply with industry benchmarks. This includes educating on scaffolding safety protocols, inspections, erection techniques, and competency standards. The role involves transferring industry expertise effectively through dynamic presentations and hands-on demonstrations, enhancing trainees’ technical abilities and safety knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 to 7 years of hands-on scaffolding experience, ideally in the Middle East or GCC region.
- Extensive know-how in scaffolding inspections, assembly, safety measures, and related practices.
- Previous involvement in scaffolding instruction is desirable.
Certifications
- Possession of a valid Scaffolding Inspector Certificate issued by a recognized authority.
- Mandatory Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification.
- Additional certifications related to scaffolding, HSE, or inspection are advantageous.
Skills and Communication
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting well-organized, interactive, and practical training sessions.
- Fluency in English and Hindi with proficient presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Industry Background
Experience in providing training within construction, oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors is preferred.
