Overview
Seeking a female Experience Center Executive to manage customer interactions and sales processes effectively within a manufacturing industry showroom located in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and conduct follow-ups on sales inquiries.
- Coordinate with clients and support communication between various stakeholders.
- Deliver product demonstrations to potential customers to enhance product understanding.
- Prepare detailed quotations, process purchase orders (PO), generate invoices, and manage order processing efficiently.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience working in showrooms or experience centers.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with thorough product knowledge are essential.
- Willingness and ability to work at the Lower Parel location, Mumbai.
- Minimum qualification: Any graduate.
