About the Division
The Strategic Communications and Marketing Division serves as the steward of MOHH’s brand. It is responsible for corporate communications and branding efforts that strengthen the organisation’s identity, support reputation management, and deliver public education campaigns that advance Singapore’s healthcare priorities.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will manage partnerships, outreach initiatives, and events that support campaign objectives and expand reach across different audiences.
- Spot and assess partnership opportunities with suitable organisations, brands, and institutions.
- Create persuasive partnership pitches and clear value propositions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with both current and prospective partners.
- Design collaboration models that improve reach and strengthen programme offerings.
- Handle partnership negotiations and oversee agreement finalisation.
- Identify and activate cross-promotional opportunities to increase campaign visibility.
- Track partnership outcomes and maintain performance indicators for ongoing review.
- Build outreach and engagement plans that align with campaign goals.
- Conceptualise, organise, and deliver innovative outreach and engagement programmes for different audience groups.
- Prepare and manage the annual outreach calendar and related budgets for multiple audience segments.
- Oversee financial planning for outreach and partnership activities, including budget preparation, spend tracking, cost control, and adherence to financial policies.
- Manage projects end to end, including procurement, vendor coordination, logistics, and content development to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Lead several parallel projects from start to finish while ensuring documentation, vendor performance, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency are well managed.
- Review outreach performance data, event outcomes, and participant feedback to guide improvements.
- Prepare post-activity reports and practical recommendations for future initiatives.
- Assess return on investment for partnerships and outreach programmes.
- Maintain organised databases of contacts and engagement records.
- Analyse results using cost-benefit and budget-efficiency measures and convert findings into actionable insights.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related discipline.
- Two to five years of relevant experience in partnerships, outreach, or event management.
- Strong project management ability with comfort handling multiple assignments at the same time.
- Proven relationship-building and networking capabilities.
- A creative, solution-oriented mindset for engagement and collaboration planning.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management and budget oversight.
- Self-driven with strong initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform well in a fast-moving environment.
- Results-focused with strong follow-through.

This position is based in Singapore and is part of a full-time, onsite working arrangement.
