About the Role

Men’s Aid Ireland CLG is searching for a dedicated Executive Support and Operations Manager to deliver high-level executive, governance, administrative, and operational assistance to the CEO, Clinical Manager, and Board of Directors. This pivotal role demands a highly organized, discreet individual capable of blending executive assistant responsibilities with hands-on operational coordination within a busy and sensitive frontline charity setting.

Key Responsibilities

The position encompasses support for executive administration, coordination of Board and governance activities, office management, facilitating meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, managing communications, and ensuring follow-up actions across the organization.

Role Details

• Salary: 37000 euros annually
• Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Location: Men’s Aid Ireland Headquarters, Navan, Co. Meath
• Work arrangement: Hybrid model with one designated work-from-home day weekly; additional flexibility possible based on work demands
• Contract type: Permanent
