About Omnicom Media MENA and Role Overview
Omnicom Media MENA operates as part of PHD, a worldwide media and marketing communications agency recognized for innovation and creative approaches. As a Planning Executive, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing integrated media plans spanning multiple platforms. Utilizing industry tools, audience insights, and market research, you will translate business objectives into actionable media strategies. Close partnerships with clients and cross-functional teams are key to delivering precise execution, optimizing campaigns, and nurturing robust client relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend client business goals and assist in converting them into strategic media plans.
- Coordinate necessary elements to deliver thorough and effective media plans.
- Offer innovative ideas and strategic recommendations aligned with client aims.
- Analyze media research data and performance metrics to extract insights and support reporting.
- Employ planning, research, and analytics tools for media plan creation and assist in new business proposals.
- Suggest appropriate media channels that best meet campaign goals.
- Track and improve campaign performance leveraging relevant tools.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed as planned.
- Support client communications by providing updates and performance insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year experience in media planning, including internships or entry-level roles.
- Familiarity with media planning and research tools such as OP TV, CWEB, Optinet, Statex, Google Analytics, TGI, Brand Index, and Euromonitor.
- Understanding of both traditional and digital media landscapes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Confidence in engaging stakeholders at various seniority levels, including clients.
- Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in dynamic environments.
