About the Role
Vertisystem, a MOURI Tech Company, is seeking an Executive Assistant with a robust background in large corporate environments such as banking or law firms, who has experience supporting senior executives. The ideal candidate is someone who is relationship-oriented, capable of building strong connections with other administrative professionals, and demonstrates high levels of organization and proactivity without waiting for tasks to be assigned.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will leverage years of administrative support experience, preferably having directly assisted directors or senior-level executives. They will provide comprehensive support to executives and general administrative staff while deferring major decisions to upper management. The role demands strict professionalism, adherence to business etiquette, and the utmost discretion due to the sensitive and confidential nature of handled information. It requires initiative, independence, and strict compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements
The candidate must be quick to learn and able to manage multiple detailed responsibilities simultaneously. Flexibility is essential in both the scope of duties and working hours. While not mandatory, a specific college degree or multilingual abilities may be advantageous.
