About the role
The company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This person should be a quick thinker and strong problem solver who performs well in a fast-moving environment. The role calls for someone who can stay ahead of needs, adjust to shifting priorities, and consistently deliver accurate work under pressure. As the CEO’s trusted support partner, the Executive Assistant will help keep daily operations running smoothly so the CEO can focus on strategy and leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the CEO’s busy calendar, travel arrangements, and shifting day-to-day priorities.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, outside partners, and investors.
- Prepare, manage, and send communications on behalf of the CEO in a polished and strategic manner.
- Review contracts and investor materials carefully and summarize the key points.
- Join meetings with the CEO, capture notes, and make sure action items are completed.
- Create executive-level reports and presentations with strong attention to accuracy and business impact.
- Monitor important projects and team performance, then share relevant updates with the CEO.
- Handle urgent requests promptly, including occasionally outside standard business hours.
- Offer practical solutions proactively, often before issues become visible.
What they are looking for
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and time management.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities quickly and accurately.
- Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and solid interpersonal ability.
- Comfort working with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Salesforce.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Willingness to provide support after normal working hours when required.
Compensation and benefits
The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 140,000 annually, depending on experience.
