Role Overview
The Executive Assistant is essential in enhancing the productivity of senior leadership by delivering high-level administrative, organizational, and communication assistance. This role operates closely with the National Sales Leader and requires discretion, foresight, and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between executives and both internal teams and external clients.
- Independently create presentations and briefing materials.
- Prepare and submit expense and other financial reports for executives.
- Gather and interpret data related to budgets, projects, and programs.
- Compose and revise correspondence for executives directed at internal and external parties.
- Maintain and update communications and documentation annually.
- Plan and refresh recurring events ensuring timely communication and engagement.
- Assist in organizing, coordinating, and facilitating meetings.
- Manage coordination for conventions and events, including vendor dealings and client reception.
- Exhibit anticipation and proactive management of issues and opportunities.
- Handle complex calendar management, meeting scheduling, and appointment coordination.
- Arrange and oversee all travel itineraries for executives.
- Document agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate and board meetings.
- Support regional initiatives, performance evaluations, and cross-department projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in business or related field, or equivalent experience totaling three years as an Executive Assistant.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong skills in computer usage and internet research.
- Adaptability and flexibility in work approaches.
- Professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Experience in project coordination.
Compensation
Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, reflecting experience, geographic factors, and budget considerations.
