Role Overview
Operating from the SSC hub in a hybrid model requiring a minimum of four days onsite weekly, the Executive Assistant I acts as a crucial liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams. This role serves as the primary scheduler, planner, and organizer for two members of lululemon's Executive Team ensuring departmental success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars and contacts within authorized limits.
- Prioritize tasks and allocate assignments to departmental staff as authorized.
- Organize meetings by sending invitations, preparing agendas, reserving rooms, and arranging technical resources and refreshments.
- Safeguard confidential business and leadership information, ensuring appropriate handling.
- Coordinate complex, multi-leg travel arrangements with ongoing adjustments in collaboration with the Executive Assistants team.
- Prepare and submit executive expense reports adhering to company policies.
- Oversee departmental expense approvals, verifying employee claims for accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a communications intermediary with departments when necessary.
- Respond to or redirect inquiries to appropriate contacts.
- Draft meeting briefing notes and minutes as needed.
- Provide executives with necessary documentation for meetings and corporate correspondence.
- Delegate and monitor completion of action items within their scope.
- Support space planning efforts linked to departmental growth.
- Manage special projects assigned by executives.
- Collaborate with People & Culture to facilitate onboarding of new members reporting directly to executives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years of progressive experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Strong business insight with excellent judgment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Maintains strict confidentiality.
- Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in publicly traded companies is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Information
Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada. The position follows a pay-for-performance approach, with an annual salary range typically between $59,800 and $78,500 depending on location, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees may be eligible for an annual bonus program subject to requirements.
