About the Role
Cevex Events and Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Event Planner to become an essential part of our dynamic team immediately. This position requires a minimum of four years of expertise in organizing and overseeing events, ensuring each occasion is executed flawlessly and leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple events simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Manage client relations effectively to understand and fulfill their event needs.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
Required Qualifications
- At least four years of practical experience in the event planning industry.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil languages is compulsory.
Compensation and Joining Details
The monthly salary can be up to ₹50,000, depending on the candidate's experience. Immediate joining is expected to support our ongoing project demands.
