Role Overview
Join our dynamic Sydney-based team to engage directly with clients, support marketing initiatives, and coordinate events that enhance brand visibility and sales. This role demands proactive client interaction, efficient collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to measure the impact of marketing activities on business development targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage visitors by greeting them warmly, understanding their investment objectives, showcasing the Moomoo app and platform, and gathering valuable market insights.
- Execute specific marketing campaigns to bolster business development, promote events, and elevate overall brand recognition.
- Collaborate with marketers, designers, and mall management teams to ensure marketing activations align with brand standards, compliance, and timelines.
- Assess and report on the success of marketing strategies and events, especially in driving business growth and achieving sales goals.
- Coordinate and guide team activities to plan and deliver well-executed events that align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong passion for face-to-face communication, able to simplify financial information into clear language; language skills such as Cantonese or others are advantageous.
- Possess the enthusiasm of a salesperson coupled with the professionalism of an event host, with a strong drive to meet targets.
- Able to adapt to fast-paced, variable environments such as busy weekends and outdoor pop-ups, and manage last-minute changes.
- Must be 18 years or older and hold full working rights in Australia; prior experience in sales, hospitality, retail events, or fintech is beneficial but not mandatory as training is provided.
- Willingness to work rotating schedules including nights, weekends, and during expo or trade show events.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
