Entry-Level English Teacher (ESL) – No Experience Required

About the Role

Begin an exciting and meaningful international career as an entry-level English teacher. This full-time position in China welcomes recent graduates, career changers, or certified ESL/TEFL teachers who want to teach abroad and gain valuable experience. No previous teaching experience is required as comprehensive training and resources are provided along with visa sponsorship.

Primary Responsibilities

• Teach English to children aged 3 to 16 using engaging, interactive methods.
• Deliver energetic lessons following English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital learning tools.
• Offer supportive feedback to help students develop confidence in using English.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and initiatives that promote student involvement.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Possess a valid passport.
• Have a sincere passion for education, cultural exchange, and travel.
• ESL certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are advantageous but not mandatory; sponsorship is available.
• Pass a clean background check.
