Role Overview

We have two openings for Enterprise Support Specialists based in Auckland or Hamilton—one permanent and one fixed-term for 12 months. These roles offer a unique chance to expand your expertise in commercial, customer, and operational aspects by assisting some of Genesis’ largest business clients. You'll engage closely with teams across Sales, Pricing, Metering, Market, Switching, and Customer Management, gaining comprehensive exposure to enterprise operations while nurturing key relationships and skill development to support your career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design customized pricing and repricing proposals aligned with customer retention and acquisition goals.
  • Provide daily support to Enterprise customers by managing inquiries, account modifications, and portfolio updates via various channels.
  • Manage and coordinate customer transfers, collaborating across departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Assist with invoicing and account management tasks, troubleshooting issues and guaranteeing billing accuracy.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Pricing, Metering, Market, Switching, and Customer Management, while identifying process and system improvements.
