Role Overview
An automotive manufacturing company in Dubai is looking for Arabic-speaking engineering graduates to join its tendering and junior sales coordination team. This is a strong starting point for fresh B.E./B.Tech candidates who want exposure to automotive sales, tender handling, and technical coordination. Training will be provided, and the employer is seeking candidates who can join at once or within a very short notice period.

Responsibilities
- Support the team in handling RFQs and tenders received from OEM and Tier-1 automotive customers.
- Help prepare technical quotations and bills of quantities using engineering specifications.
- Coordinate with Arabic-speaking clients to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
- Manage communication with UAE-based customers and government bodies in Arabic.
- Keep the tender tracker updated, maintain CRM records, and organize technical bid documents.
- Assist with ISO/IATF 16949 documentation related to automotive customer requirements.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering only.
- Arabic fluency in speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory.
- 0 to 1 year of experience; candidates with manufacturing-related projects or internships will be preferred.
- Must be able to join immediately, be serving notice, or have a notice period of no more than 15 days.
- Should have basic knowledge of automotive components, drawings, and BOQ preparation.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Office is required.
- AutoCAD or SolidWorks knowledge will be an added advantage.
