Summary of the Role
Mammoet Dubai is seeking talented Mechanical or Civil engineers for its expanding engineering department. This is a national talent opportunity to join an industry leader in heavy lifting and transportation.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an engineer at Mammoet, you will contribute to providing top-tier engineering solutions for complex heavy lifting and transportation projects. Your role will involve:
- Developing and implementing both traditional and innovative engineering approaches.
- Preparing and updating engineering statements and methodologies.
- Creating drawings, calculations, visualizations, manuals, and risk assessments.
- Ensuring efficient project execution to meet customer requirements.
What You’ll Need
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
Skills
- Fluent verbal and written English communication.
- A strong aptitude for quickly learning new concepts, technologies, and methodologies.
- Resilience and effectiveness in managing changing priorities to maintain workflow.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
Experience
This role is open to both recent graduates and professionals with prior experience. Prior professional experience in engineering operations, heavy lifting and transportation (HLT) equipment, and adherence to internal codes and standards is beneficial. Experience in sectors such as civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, or mining is a plus.
