About the Role

We seek a proactive and result-oriented Employer Services Specialist dedicated to cultivating strong relationships with employers, facilitating job opportunities for Social Security beneficiaries (مستفيدي الضمان الاجتماعي), and leading engagement activities that achieve measurable success. This role suits someone focused on partnerships, targets, and community impact through effective placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain robust partnerships with employers from various sectors.
• Link Social Security beneficiaries to relevant employment prospects.
• Design and implement employer engagement programs, internships, and recruitment initiatives.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, networking forums, and among key stakeholders.
• Manage employer relationships, gather market knowledge, and pinpoint workforce opportunities.
• Track partnership results, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to ongoing enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience in roles such as Employer Services, Recruitment, Business Development, or Workforce Development.
• Demonstrable experience in employer engagement, stakeholder relations, and partnership building.
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment and employment services.
• Experience working with government-supported programs is beneficial.
• Willingness and ability to travel for employer visits, networking, and external events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
