About the Role
Oracle Immigration Solutions is seeking a dedicated Education Counsellor to assist students in identifying the ideal educational and study abroad pathways. This role involves engaging with prospective students, responding to their admission queries, scheduling appointments, and converting leads into successful enrollments. The position welcomes fresh candidates who possess strong communication and persuasive skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to prospective students and address admission-related questions.
- Advise students and their parents on various educational programs and overseas study options.
- Evaluate student profiles to suggest appropriate courses and study destinations.
- Organize counseling sessions and ensure timely follow-up with potential applicants.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Record and manage leads, follow-up activities, and admissions data via CRM software.
- Meet monthly counseling and admission targets consistently.
- Keep updated about educational courses, admission criteria, and immigration procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants should be between 18 and 45 years of age.
- The role is open to female candidates only.
- Minimum education qualification is completion of 12th grade.
- Basic proficiency in English communication is expected.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills Needed
- Strong verbal communication abilities.
- Persuasive and convincing skills to influence decisions.
- Experience or ability in outbound tele-calling.
- Understanding of educational counseling and student guidance.

Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
