Job description

About the Role and Department

Join a globally collaborative team within the Finance department at our London office. The Finance function covers various areas including Billing, Business Control, Cash Office, Partners Matters, Salaries, Financial Analysis, Financial Systems, and Reporting. The eBilling team is composed of four eBilling Analysts, six eBilling Assistants, and one eBilling Administrator.

Working Hours and Flexibility

The role is for 35 hours per week, typically from 9:30am to 5:30pm, with occasional additional hours as necessary. The firm supports agile and flexible working arrangements with an option to work remotely up to 40% of the time and the remaining 60% onsite. Discussions regarding flexible working patterns are welcomed with the recruitment team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and submit electronic invoices via various client-specific eBilling platforms.
  • Maintain and update the eBilling portals ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Identify and resolve issues such as upload failures, data omissions, and discrepancies raised by alert systems or client feedback.
  • Coordinate with finance personnel, partners, personal assistants, and international finance teams to facilitate smooth billing operations.
  • Manage accrual reporting by compiling and submitting necessary client data to meet reporting deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education equivalent to A-Level standard or higher; at minimum, GCSE standard depending on age and professional background.
  • Proven experience in eBilling, preferably with familiarity with Elite 3E software.
