About the Role

This full-time, onsite position is located in the United Arab Emirates and involves guiding the developmental stages of early learners by crafting and executing suitable educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans fostering cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
• Create stimulating classroom activities that nurture a safe and supportive environment.
• Monitor and record children’s developmental progress and communicate updates to families.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership to ensure curriculum alignment and maintain educational standards.
• Engage in team meetings, professional growth opportunities, and school events to strengthen community involvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Holding a formal qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related educational field and possession of necessary teaching certifications.
• Experience managing classrooms and instructing young children in educational or early learning institutions.
• Capability to design and implement developmentally suitable curricula using play- and inquiry-based learning methodologies while tailoring approaches to diverse learner needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster positive interactions within a multicultural environment among children, families, and coworkers.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness, adaptability, and willingness to work internationally, preferably with experience in Middle Eastern or similar contexts.
• Commitment to child protection and safeguarding standards in alignment with school policies and best practices.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages considered beneficial.
