Job Overview and Responsibilities
Join Parrot Creation as an E-Commerce Executive based in Surat, Gujarat. This role involves comprehensive management of marketplace operations across multiple prominent platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, and Myntra. You will be responsible for maintaining product listings, cataloging, and overseeing inventory control.
The position requires daily management of orders, including processing, tracking, and updating fulfillment status, ensuring smooth transactional flow. Handling of returns and claims is a critical aspect, involving managing product returns, monitoring losses, and initiating SPF or Safe-T claims for items that are damaged or missing via respective portals.
Additionally, advertisement operations form a significant part of the role where you will design, implement, and refine pay-per-click advertising campaigns on major marketplaces to boost sales effectively. Familiarity with ecommerce management software like Elasticom or similar ERP/order management systems is essential.
You will also be engaged in updating product pricing, setting discounts, and participating in various marketplace promotions and deal events to maximize revenue opportunities.
Requirements
