Job Overview

Madi International is looking for a dependable and meticulous Driver based in Dubai to help manage the transportation and warehousing functions. This position is crucial to ensuring timely transport of goods across Dubai and the UAE while supporting the efficient day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly for product delivery to assigned destinations throughout Dubai and the UAE.
• Efficiently load and unload goods, adhering strictly to safety standards and handling guidelines.
• Keep precise logs of all deliveries, shipments, and inventory records.
• Collaborate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee smooth dispatching and receiving procedures.
• Perform regular vehicle checks and promptly report maintenance issues to facilitate timely repairs.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as organizing stock, managing inventory, and executing stock rotation.
• Comply rigorously with all company safety, security, and regulatory procedures.
• Ensure products are delivered to accurate locations and collect payments according to invoices.
• Issue receipt vouchers to clients and remit all cash and cheque payments to the Accounts Department on the day of collection.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must hold a valid UAE Manual driving license with a clean record.
• Experience driving 3-ton trucks is mandatory.
• Background in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is required.
• Strong familiarity with Dubai’s routes and adherence to local traffic laws.
• Physically capable of performing manual loading and unloading duties.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail with dependable record-keeping skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration capabilities.
