Role Overview

Join the leading pizza company worldwide as a Production Team Member specializing in the dough-making process. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities in preparing pizza dough and supporting production activities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up the production area by sanitizing the line, calibrating scales and thermometers before mixing dough batches according to precise recipes.
  • Manage dough delivery into the rounder machine, maintain production records, and uphold dough certification standards.
  • Handle dough balls on the conveyor, placing them accurately into trays and perform periodic quality weight checks.
  • Stack and prepare filled dough trays for shipment, managing temperature monitoring and organizing tray storage efficiently.
  • Pre-soak, scrape, and clean used dough trays to maintain hygiene, including removing residual dough and colored tags.
  • Operate and load trays into washing equipment while ensuring optimal performance parameters such as water pressure, temperature, and detergent levels are maintained.
  • Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and later reassemble production machinery including mixers, dividers, rounders, and conveyors while keeping maintenance logs.
  • Conduct general cleaning duties in the production area such as sweeping floors, cleaning walls, silos, and emptying waste containers.
  • Provide supportive tasks within production and warehouse areas, rotating among various roles including dough placer and stacker.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • At least one year of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts which may cover any time of day or weekend.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and climb throughout shifts; lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Balance and safety skills to work on ladders and equipment platforms.
  • Comfort in working in loud, vibrating environments and extreme temperature conditions indoors and outdoors.
  • Competence in reading production documentation and operating measurement instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring quality and safety standards.

Work Schedule

Standard shifts run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
