About the Role

Join one of Western Australia's key infrastructure projects as a Document Controller supporting the KBT Redevelopment Project under Fremantle Ports' refreshed 2027 Strategic Plan. This role is focused on managing and safeguarding project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient accessibility that facilitates smooth operations and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee management of project files including approvals and version tracking.
  • Maintain registers, filing systems, and records for the project.
  • Guarantee prompt and accurate storage and retrieval of documents.
  • Provide support for reporting, correspondence, and various project administration tasks.
  • Assist with project mobilisation, handover activities, and document archiving.
