Role overview

STRABAG is looking for a Disponent:in in Frankfurt am Main to coordinate maintenance-related work orders and support day-to-day operational handling in a facility or trades environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming work orders, assign them, track their progress, and ensure they are completed properly.
• Make sure quality standards and completion deadlines are consistently met.
• Handle customer communication by phone and in writing, including answering inquiries and managing complaints.
• Contribute to process improvements and resource planning within maintenance management.
• Manage order-related procurement for materials and services.
• Carry out administrative duties and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a manual trade or in a commercial profession.
• Professional experience in dispatching within the trades or facility management sector.
• Experience using order management systems, ideally CAFM systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Confident German language skills at minimum C1 level.
