About the Role
Join Home Instead Olpe as a full-time Disponent (m/w/d), responsible for efficient staffing and scheduling of care assignments. This opportunity is with a highly acclaimed employer in the caregiving and support sector, operating across over 188 locations in Germany.
Key Duties
- Develop and coordinate deployment schedules for caregiving personnel.
- Balance and accommodate the preferences of clients and employees.

Required Qualifications and Skills
