Role Overview
As a Dishwasher, also called General Utility, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and efficient dishwashing operations in a fast-paced restaurant back-of-house setting. You are expected to work well with teammates, uphold quality standards, and contribute positively to the work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate dish pit and dishwashing machines effectively to ensure timely cleaning of plates, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and washing areas, paying attention to detail throughout.
- Collaborate respectfully with back-of-house team members and interact courteously with coworkers.
- Deliver efficiency and teamwork to uphold the restaurant's high operational standards.
Requirements
