About the Role
Join the Cracker Barrel team and contribute to a smooth-running kitchen as a Dishwasher. Your role is crucial behind the scenes, ensuring all pots, pans, utensils, and plates are cleaned thoroughly and ready for use. This position supports the overall experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchenware including pots, pans, forks, and plates.
- Manage multiple cleaning tasks efficiently while keeping the workspace orderly.
- Work collaboratively within the team to support daily kitchen operations.
- Demonstrate pride and diligence in completing cleaning duties promptly and thoroughly.
Candidate Profile
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to performing quality work.
- Team-oriented mindset with effective cooperation skills.
- No previous restaurant experience required; on-the-job training provided.
