Job Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines ensuring proper cleaning standards.
• Monitor rinse and wash temperatures to comply with sanitation protocols.
• Manage water changes and correctly handle dishwashing chemicals.
• Organize and arrange dish racks efficiently for cleaning.
• Dispose of trash in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and sanitation procedures.
